**Abstract** Compared to the most common ESR measurements using X-band (9.5 GHz) microwaves, ESR measurements using higher frequency microwaves are effective for improving the resolution of ESR spectra and spectral analysis. This paper presents analysis examples of fluorine-based resins, diamond powders, silica glass, and luminescent powders using newly introduced X-band and Q-band (34 GHz) ESR equipment. **Table of Contents** 1.
